Shipping policy

FREE Standard shipping on all letter packages through Dec 1st.

Expedited USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail Shipping is available until Dec. 10th for Santa Letters, Certificates, and Santa Letter Packages. at the cost of USPS current rates.

Letters are processed and shipped within 2 business days and in most cases on the same day.  Please allow for standard USPS holiday shipping times.

To avoid letters arriving before the holiday season, orders placed prior to 11/26 (Thanksgiving) will begin mailing on the first Monday after the holiday.

NOTE: Closer to the holidays, please lease allow extra time for your packages to arrive.  Because of this we are ending the writing campaign Dec 10th. to allow extra time for all letters and packages to arrive by Christmas Eve.
