Are your letters really sent from the North Pole?

While some service send their letters to the North Pole post office to receive a postmark, we chose to use our own fun simulated design.  This allows us to have faster shipping times as your child won't have to wait for your letter to go to the North Pole and back.  In their eyes our bright postmark will be the real thing!

Why does Santa stop writing so soon?

Santa needs plenty of rest before his big day, plus we have to leave ample time for all packages to arrive by Christmas Eve and during a postal rush.  The USPS usually does an excellent job!

Can I order after the cut-off day if I pay for faster shipping?

We may open the site for a few days for priority mail and express mail only orders, depending on remaining inventory levels, and on how well the post office is doing in processing.  Free shipping will not be offered at this level.

I have multiple children, will they all receive the same letter?

We make multiple versions each year so households with multiple children can receive different versions of Santa's letters. At least 5 versions will be available each year, plus we have access to older versions.

Can multiple children be included in the same letter?

Yes, We understand that for some families, ordering separate packages just include multiple first names in the first name field, and make sure the good deed or accomplishment fits the entire group.  

I ordered letters from another company before and one of the letters never came.  How do you make sure this doesn't happen?

For letters to the same address, when possible we may bundle them in a larger envelope to make sure they are not separated.  They will still will be individually packed, labeled and postmark stamped for each child.  Because Top of the list packages are already boxed, they are always shipped separately.  Contact us as soon as possible for any late letters, we may still have time to priority mail a replacement to you.  

What happens if my letter does not arrive?

We hope that this never happens.  Unfortunately because letters are sent through a third party, in rare cases it may be possible.  In those cases if we have enough time and inventory, we can priority mail you a replacement. Otherwise we will refund your package.

If I open my package and do not like it, can it be returned?

You have 60 days from the purchase date to return your full package for a refund.  Please let us know how we can improve and win you for next time. 

How do I contact you?

Call toll free  833-955-0005 and leave a detailed message.  The message will be transcribed and you will receive a response usually within 1 business day.

How Much is the personalized letter from Santa?

There are two Santa Letter Packages to choose from.

  • The Nice List Letter Package is $14.95.  It is shipped free in  a 9 x12 custom envelope.
  • The Top of The  List Letter Package is $39.95.  It is shipped free in a 9 x12 custom mailer box.

What is the North Pole Address?

Santa's official USPS address is below.  It is operated by the USPS.  Letters sent there are answered by volunteers of Operation Santa not us.
